Job Description We are looking for a proactive and creative Videographer to capture high-quality video content of residential properties, real estate projects, and Bengaluru city locations. The role involves travelling across Bengaluru to shoot property walkthroughs, project highlights, neighbourhood features, and engaging city reels for our digital marketing platforms. Video editing will be handled by a dedicated video editor. Your primary responsibility will be shooting, organising, and uploading high-quality raw footage to the cloud for the editing team.

Key Responsibilities - Shoot property walkthroughs, apartment interiors, amenities, and project highlights. - Create video footage for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms. - Capture Bengaluru city reels featuring neighbourhoods, roads, metro connectivity, IT hubs, lifestyle destinations, and nearby infrastructure. - Travel to various residential projects and locations across Bengaluru as per the shoot schedule. - Follow the creative brief and shot list provided by the marketing team. - Capture reliable, well-framed footage with proper lighting, composition, and camera movement. - Record supporting footage and B-roll for property and city-based content. - Upload, organise, and maintain raw video footage in designated cloud folders.



- Follow a consistent file-naming and folder-management system for easy access by the editing team. - Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to complete scheduled shoots on time. - Ensure all footage is captured according to the required quality and content guidelines.

Requirements - Experience in videography, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, travel, or social media content creation. - Good understanding of camera operations, framing, composition, lighting, and stabilisation. - Ability to shoot engaging vertical videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. - Familiarity with smartphones, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and microphones. - Basic knowledge of cloud storage platforms such as Google Drive. - Willingness to travel regularly across Bengaluru. - Must have a personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler and a valid driving licence. - Punctual, organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently at different locations. - Ability to follow shoot schedules and deliver footage within deadlines.

Important Note This is primarily a shooting and footage-management role, not a video-editing role. The selected candidate will be responsible for capturing quality footage, travelling to shoot locations, and uploading organised raw files to the cloud. Editing will be managed separately by our video editor.
