About the Role:

This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in software testing, problem-solving, and exploring new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Application Testing

- Test websites and web applications to verify functionality, usability, and compatibility across browsers.

- Validate forms, links, buttons, navigation, user authentication, and business workflows.

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.

Verify UI elements, layouts, responsiveness, and error messages.

2. Mobile Application Testing

- Test Android and iOS applications on mobile devices and emulators/simulators.

- Validate app functionality, navigation, user interactions, and device compatibility.
- Test application behavior under different network conditions and screen sizes.
- Identify issues related to performance, usability, crashes, and app stability.

3. AI Product Testing

- Test AI-powered applications, chatbots, and AI-generated outputs.
- Validate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and completeness.
- Test different prompts and input scenarios to identify unexpected or incorrect responses.
- Check how AI products handle invalid inputs, edge cases, and unexpected user behavior.

- Identify hallucinations, inconsistent responses, and potential safety or privacy issues.
- Verify AI features against the expected product requirements.

4. Bug Reporting and Documentation

- Identify, reproduce, document,



and report software defects with clear steps and screenshots or screen recordings.
- Maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test execution reports.
- Work with developers and team members to verify bug fixes.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes.

5. Learning and Collaboration

- Learn software testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect life cycles.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and QA team members.
- Participate in requirement discussions, test planning, and review meetings.
- Explore testing tools and automation concepts as part of continuous learning.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of websites, mobile applications, and software functionality.
- Strong analytical thinking, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts is an advantage.
- Positive written communication skills for documenting defects and test results.
- Interest in AI tools, chatbots, and AI-powered applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts, including test cases, test scenarios, and bug life cycles.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, browser developer tools, or similar testing tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, and client-server architecture.
- Exposure to Android Studio, mobile emulators, or iOS simulators.
- Interest in test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Appium.
- Familiarity with AI platforms or LLM-based applications.
- These skills are preferred, not mandatory. Training will be provided to suitable freshers.
