We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The ideal candidate should have positive English communication skills, basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, and a willingness to learn. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, maintaining records, updating data, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat, as per business requirements.
- Communicate professionally in English and provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain and update customer records using MS Excel and other internal systems.
- Perform basic Excel tasks such as data entry, sorting, filtering, and maintaining reports.
- Resolve customer issues within the defined timelines or escalate them to the concerned team.
- Follow company policies,
standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while handling customer information.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
