Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Scientist with 2–3 years of experience to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, machine learning, data analysis, and model development, with a good understanding of AI technologies and exposure to deploying models in real-world applications.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration to develop scalable and impactful data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and AI models for real-world business applications
- Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering
- Apply appropriate machine learning algorithms to solve business and analytical problems
- Build and evaluate classification, regression, clustering, and predictive models
- Work with large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
- Perform model evaluation, error analysis, and hyperparameter tuning to improve model performance
- Develop solutions using Python and popular Data Science/ML libraries
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, software developers, and data engineers to understand requirements and deliver AI/ML solutions
- Assist in the deployment and integration of ML models into production environments
- Follow best practices for coding, experimentation, documentation, version control, and model development
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence,



Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Science
- Contribute to continuous improvement of existing models and data-driven solutions

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Valuable hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Statistics, and Data Modeling
- Experience with regression, classification, clustering, and predictive modeling techniques
- Good understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and model evaluation
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Experience with Git/GitHub and version control practices
- Understanding of Deep Learning concepts and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Basic understanding of model deployment and production ML workflows
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

AI/ML – Good to Have

- Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Basic knowledge of NLP, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
- Experience working with OpenAI, Gemini, Hugging Face, or similar AI APIs/models
- Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Exposure to Docker, MLflow, MLOps, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience working on end-to-end AI/ML projects from data preparation to deployment

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
