Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Costing and Finance Professional with a strong background in cost accounting, product costing, MIS reporting, and financial analysis for a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing cost analysis, budgeting, cost variance analysis, and Advanced Excel, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and support business decisions through accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze product costing, manufacturing costs, and profitability reports.
- Monitor cost variances and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, costing statements, and financial dashboards using Advanced Excel.
- Analyze manufacturing and operational processes to improve cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Finance teams to collect and validate costing data.
- Maintain accurate costing records and ensure the reliability of financial information.
- Provide management with financial analysis and actionable business insights.




- Support cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting and Cost Analysis.
- Hands-on experience in Product Costing and Manufacturing Costing.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Experience in MIS Reporting, Dashboard Preparation, and Financial Analysis.
- Knowledge of Cost Variance Analysis, Budgeting, and Cost Control.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and business operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- CMA qualification is mandatory – Qualified or Semi-Qualified candidates can apply.

Preferred Industry Experience
