We are looking for a confident, energetic and presentable Anchor to host promotional videos, property presentations, interviews and marketing events. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong on-camera presence, and the ability to engage audiences effectively.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Host promotional videos for real estate projects.
- Present property features, amenities and project highlights in an engaging manner.
- Create engaging video content for social media platforms.
- Host corporate events, promotional events and project launches.
- Conduct interviews with customers, management and industry professionals.
- Present scripts clearly and confidently in front of the camera.
- Participate in property walkthroughs, video shoots and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging content.
- Engage audiences through live sessions and digital platforms.
- Research project details and prepare for presentations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive on-screen presence.
- Support branding and promotional activities through effective presentation.
- Adapt presentation styles according to the target audience and marketing requirements.
- Create and present content in Tamil and English.




- Complete assigned shoots and promotional activities within deadlines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Any degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- 1+years of experience in anchoring, hosting, media, or presentation roles is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills can also apply.
- Fluency in Tamil and good communication skills in English.
- Solid public speaking and storytelling abilities.
- Confidence in front of the camera.
- Ability to understand scripts and present information naturally.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and attend promotional events.
