Role: B2B Order Processing & Operations Executive
WHAT YOU’LL OWN:
B2B Purchase Orders
Handle B2B POs from major platforms including:
Nykaa
Blinkit
Zepto
Tira
From receiving the PO to processing, billing and getting the order dispatched within the defined TAT.
DAILY SALES & TALLY UPDATES:
Update daily sales transactions in Tally
Prepare and share the updated Daily Sales Report with the Accounts Team.
PENDING ORDER MANAGEMENT:
Orders that cant be fulfilled because of stock-outs or other issues? Dont let them sit there. After billing, ensure stock-out/pending B2B orders are properly cancelled from the pending order list and the system stays clean.
DISPATCH UPDATES:
Shipment dispatched? Update it. No missing updates. No mystery shipments.
FBA / FBF SHIPMENTS:
Handle FBA & FBF shipment processing and dispatch according to the applicable TAT.

YOU’LL FIT RIGHT IN IF YOU...
✔ Have experience in B2B order processing / order management / marketplace operations
✔ Understand the PO → Billing → Dispatch → System Update flow
✔ Are comfortable working with Tally / ERP / order management systems
✔ Have strong Excel & reporting skills
✔ Have excellent attention to detail
✔Can manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously
✔ Understand the importance of TATs
✔Take ownership instead of waiting to be chased
✔ Can work in a fast-paced workplace
