Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shiv Engineering is hiring an experienced Tender Executive to independently handle government tender searching, eligibility checking, documentation, bid preparation, and online submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Search tenders on GeM, IREPS, CPPP, and State eProcurement portals.
- Evaluate tender eligibility, EMD exemptions, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids.
- Maintain daily tender reports and track deadlines.
- Achieve monthly tender submission targets.
- Additional Incentive: ₹500 for every qualifying tender submitted beyond 50.
- Incentives are subject to successful submission and management approval.
Requirements
- Experience in government e-tendering.
- Knowledge of GeM, IREPS, CPPP, and tender documentation.
- Valuable computer and Excel skills.
- Own laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection.
