Senior Site Engineer – Civil, MEP & Interiors for upcoming branded hotel

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee the on-site execution of our five-star branded hotel project in Karnal.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating all construction activities, managing contractors and supervisors, and ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day civil, structural, MEP and interior finishing works.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and specialist agencies.
- Ensure proper execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, lighting, façade, kitchen and other building systems.
- Review drawings, identify technical clashes and coordinate resolutions before execution.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, materials, manpower and contractor performance.
- Follow up on drawings, approvals and technical clarifications.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update management on delays and site issues.
- Ensure compliance with approved specifications, safety requirements and hotel brand standards.
- Coordinate inspections, snagging,



testing, commissioning and handover.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of relevant construction and site execution experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of civil works, MEP coordination and interior finishing.
- Ability to independently manage contractors, supervisors and multiple work fronts.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.
- Hotel or large commercial project experience preferred.
- Engineering qualifications desirable; candidates with strong practical experience may also apply.
