- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Supervise security guards and allocate shifts/duties.
- Maintain gate passes, visitor records, vehicle movement, and security registers.
- Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Ensure proper security during shift changes, loading/unloading, and material movement.
- Conduct regular rounds of the premises and identify security risks.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin and other departments regarding security-related issues.
- Handle emergency situations, accidents, fire incidents, and other security concerns.
- Prepare daily security reports and submit them to the Security Officer/Management.
- Ensure discipline and compliance with company security procedures.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial/factory security.
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial premises is preferred.
- Positive communication and supervisory skills.
- Willingness to work in shift duties.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, gate-pass procedures, and security documentation.
