Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Fresher MIS Executive to join our team at NO GREY AREA. The candidate will assist in preparing MIS reports, maintaining databases, analyzing business data, and supporting daily reporting activities across departments.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates interested in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, business reporting, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various departments.
- Maintain accurate databases and operational records.
- Use Microsoft Excel to prepare reports, Pivot Tables, charts, and dashboards.
- Assist in analyzing production, inventory, purchase, and other business data.
- Support data entry, validation, and reporting activities in ERP systems.
- Coordinate with departments to collect information and ensure timely reporting.
- Identify data discrepancies and assist in correcting errors.
- Support report automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of company information.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data formatting is preferred.




- Basic knowledge of data analysis and MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI or SAP/ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Education: B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.E., B.Tech, or any relevant graduate degree.
- Candidates with academic projects or certifications in Excel, data analysis, or Power BI will have an added advantage.
- Candidates interested in building a career in MIS reporting and business analytics are encouraged to apply.
