About Blue Summit Group

Blue Summit Group Private Limited is building an international workforce training and career-preparation division focused on preparing skilled Indian professionals for overseas employment opportunities.

Our initial Germany program will prepare experienced technicians and skilled workers for German workplace environments through language training, workplace communication, cultural preparation, and job-specific vocabulary.

We are looking for a qualified and practical German Language Trainer who can teach beginner-level German while focusing heavily on real workplace communication.

Job Responsibilities

The German Language Trainer will be responsible for:

- Teaching German language from beginner level through A1 and A2
- Developing practical speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Conducting pronunciation and conversation practice
- Preparing structured lesson plans and assignments
- Conducting weekly quizzes, mock assessments, and progress evaluations
- Teaching German workplace communication
- Developing technical and job-specific German vocabulary
- Preparing technicians for common workplace situations such as:
- understanding supervisor instructions
- reporting equipment problems
- explaining faults
- safety instructions
- customer communication
- emergency situations
- maintenance terminology
- Identifying students who need additional support
- Maintaining attendance and individual student progress records
- Helping prepare candidates for recognized German-language examinations when required
- Coordinating with Blue Summit’s training and operations team
- Assisting in developing Blue Summit’s standardized German-language curriculum

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

- Minimum B2-level German proficiency




- C1 German strongly preferred
- Goethe-Institut, telc, ÖSD, or equivalent recognized certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of German-language teaching experience preferred
- Strong spoken German and pronunciation
- Ability to explain German clearly to complete beginners
- Robust English communication skills
- Hindi and/or Telugu communication skills are an advantage
- Comfortable teaching adult working professionals and technicians
- Ability to create structured lesson plans and assessments
- Reliable, professional, and organized teaching style

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience:

- teaching German A1/A2 levels
- preparing students for Goethe or telc examinations
- teaching adults rather than only school students
- teaching workplace or vocational German
- working with overseas employment, vocational training, nursing, technical, or skilled-worker programs

Initial Schedule

The position may begin as a part-time or contract role.

Expected initial workload:

- approximately 6–12 teaching hours per week
- 2–3 live teaching sessions per week
- additional time for assessments, lesson planning, and student progress review

As enrollment increases, the position may expand into a full-time role.

What Makes This Role Different

This is not a traditional academic German-teaching position.

Our students are preparing for practical employment in Germany. The trainer will therefore focus on usable workplace German, including speaking, listening, safety terminology, technical vocabulary, and day-to-day communication.

The successful trainer will have an opportunity to help build the German-language curriculum for a growing international workforce program from the beginning.
