Job Title: Senior Admission Officer

We are looking for a motivated Senior Admission Officer to counsel prospective students, manage enquiries, and achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students and parents on courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up on enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and campus visits.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and timely follow-up updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with verification and administration teams to complete admissions.
- Explain available payment options and assist with admission documentation.
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
- Support admission campaigns, webinars, and promotional events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Valuable counselling, sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and working towards targets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
