Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Korean Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in Korean and English, and prior experience in the BPO or airline industry.

The role involves assisting customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and other travel-related queries while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to airline services and travel bookings.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, rescheduling, and itinerary changes.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain service quality, customer satisfaction, and process compliance.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.




- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Be versatile to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays, as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in Korean and English is required.
- Prior experience in the BPO or airline industry is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
