Rootsar is a growing Ayurvedic-inspired essential oils and wellness brand selling to customers in the USA through Amazon, Walmart, TikTok and our own website. We're building a premium, trustworthy brand, and we need a creative marketer who can turn our products into scroll-stopping content.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Brand & Digital Marketing Executive who can shape our brand identity and create product-based AI videos, ad creatives, and social media content that actually performs. You'll work directly with the founders and see your work go live quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Create product-based AI videos, reels, and short-form video ads using AI tools
- Design ad creatives (static images, carousels, and video) for Meta, Instagram, and other platforms
- Build and maintain brand identity, including logo usage, color palette, typography, tone of voice, and brand guidelines
- Develop brand profiles, brand storytelling, and consistent visual language across all channels
- Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Apply a strong understanding of social media algorithms (reach, retention, hooks, trends, hashtags, and posting strategy) to grow organic reach and engagement
- Write scroll-stopping hooks, captions, and ad copy
- Support paid ad campaigns by producing creative variations and tracking performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, engagement)
- Create content for Amazon listings, such as lifestyle images, A+ content visuals, and product videos
- Research competitors, trends,



and customer insights to keep our content fresh
- Coordinate with the founders and team on launches and campaigns

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, or social media content creation (strong freshers with an outstanding portfolio may also apply)
- Hands-on experience creating AI-generated videos and images (e.g., Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Midjourney, ChatGPT/Claude, ElevenLabs, or similar)
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro or similar editing tools
- Solid understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms, trends, and content strategy
- Good eye for design, color, layout, and brand consistency
- Strong written English for captions, ad copy, and brand messaging
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines
- A portfolio is mandatory. Please share links to your reels, AI videos, ad creatives, or brand work.

Good to Have

- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of e-commerce, D2C, or Amazon brands
- Interest in wellness, beauty, or personal care products
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing

Work Location
