About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor & Cameraman who can shoot and edit high-quality, engaging video content for digital platforms, social media, and campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills, hands-on camera-shooting experience, a good sense of storytelling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, interviews, and other projects.
- Handle camera setup, framing, lighting, and basic audio recording during shoots.
- Edit videos for social media, digital campaigns, and other platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, interviews, and campaign content.
- Handle video cuts, transitions, color correction, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
- Understand creative briefs and convert concepts into engaging visual content.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and the creative team.
- Ensure consistency in video quality, style, and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple shooting and editing projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current video production and social media trends.

Requirements





- 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing and camera shooting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Hands-on experience operating professional cameras and shooting video content.
- Knowledge of camera settings, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop is preferred.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound, and visual composition.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Good understanding of Reels, Shorts, interviews, and other video formats.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the creative team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with a media agency, digital agency, political campaign, or content production team.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience shooting interviews, podcasts, on-location videos, and campaign content.
- Familiarity with skilled camera equipment, lighting setups, and microphones.
