Job Description:

We are hiring a confident and target-oriented Telecaller Executive with excellent communication, convincing, and sales conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote salon services, packages, and offers.

* Convert leads into confirmed appointments, bookings, and sales.

* Follow up with customers to drive repeat visits and increase revenue.

* Handle customer queries and objections confidently.

* Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and convincing skills.

* Solid sales, lead generation, and conversion abilities.

* Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication required.

* Telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.

* Target-driven, confident, and customer-focused.

Salary: As per experience + performance-based incentives.
