Job Title: Accountant

Experience: 3 – 5 year

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 3 to 5year's of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and supporting the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers
- Update accounts payable & receivable and perform reconciliation
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports
- Handle petty cash management and daily cashbook entry
- Support bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense and inventory records
- Coordinate with auditors for audits and compliance
- Assist with GST filing, TDS working,



and basic tax compliance
- Maintain files and financial documents in an organized manner

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation Experience in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / SAP / QuickBooks (mention your software)
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
- Positive analytical and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication & team collaboration skills
- Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or any equivalent finance degree Preferred

Candidates with 3+ years of accounting experience.

Knowledge of GST / TDS / MIS reporting will be an added advantage
