Senior Associate – Guest Services (F&B; Service)

Department: Food & Beverage Service
Position: Senior Associate – Guest Services
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in F&B; service, preferably in the hospitality industry
Reports To: F&B; Service Manager

Job Summary

To deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring productive food and beverage operations, maintaining service standards, and creating a memorable dining experience for guests while adhering to the organization’s quality, hygiene, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, personalized dining service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and promotions to guests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing queries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, table setup, and overall presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, stock monitoring, and billing operations.
- Guide and support junior associates to maintain consistent service quality.




- Promote menu items and support upselling initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Candidates without a degree are not eligible.

Experience & Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in F&B; service, preferably in a premium hotel or resort.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent guest-handling and complaint-resolution abilities.
- Positive knowledge of food and beverage service standards and menu presentation.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Teamwork, attention to detail, and a guest-oriented approach.
- Professional grooming and a positive attitude.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in premium hospitality establishments, strong guest engagement skills, and a passion for delivering excellent dining experiences are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
