WebDhari Media is looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential B2B clients
- Build and maintain prospect lists
- Cold call potential clients
- Reach out through WhatsApp, email and other channels
- Understand the prospect's business and marketing requirements
- Introduce WebDhari Media and our services
- Qualify interested prospects
- Connect with decision-makers
- Schedule qualified meetings for our team
- Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records
How the Role Works
Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified leads and fixing meetings with potential clients. Once a meeting is scheduled, the WebDhari Media team will handle the client meeting, strategy, proposal and closing.
As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility in the sales and closing process.
Compensation
Commission / Performance-Based
- Incentive for every qualified meeting successfully attended
- Additional commission when your lead converts into a paying client
- No fixed salary — your earnings are directly linked to your performance
Work Type
Part-Time / Flexible
This is not a traditional 9-to-6 full-time position. You can manage your outreach and prospecting according to your schedule, while meeting agreed targets and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Location: Mumbai / Remote. Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred

Who We're Looking For
- Solid communication skills
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
- Sales/B2B experience is a plus
- Freshers with solid communication skills are also welcome
Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹1,000.00 per day
