We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, reels, and emerging trends, with the ability to develop engaging content that strengthens our brand identity and connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms and ensure consistent posting.
- Content Planning: Develop content calendars and plan engaging posts, stories, reels, and other social media content.
- Creative Ideation: Brainstorm fresh content ideas and develop engaging reel concepts aligned with the brand.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio, formats, and content styles.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with graphic designers and the marketing team to communicate content requirements and ensure timely execution.
- Brand Management: Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to keep social media pages active.
- Performance Tracking:



Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth, and suggest improvements based on insights.

Requirements

- Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
- Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
- Knowledge of reels, short-form videos, and current social media trends.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and experiment with new content formats.

Education & Experience

- 1 year of experience in social media marketing preferred.
- Digital marketing certification preferred.
