Job Description
We are looking for an Agency Directory & Listing Executive to manage and optimize the company’s profiles across agency directories, business listing platforms, review websites, and online marketplaces. The role also involves researching recent listing opportunities to improve the company’s online visibility, strengthen its agency presence, and generate potential business enquiries.

The ideal candidate should have experience in directory management, company profile creation, listing optimization, and online research, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain agency profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, The Manifest, Sortlist, TechBehemoths, UpCity, Agency Vista, TechReviewer, and similar platforms.
- Research and identify new agency directories, business listing websites, review platforms, partner directories, and relevant marketplaces.
- Create and complete company profiles on relevant platforms to expand the company’s online presence.
- Keep company information, services, portfolios, case studies, reviews, credentials, and profile details accurate and up to date.
- Optimize profile completeness, service categories, descriptions, and other listing details to improve visibility across platforms.
- Identify and apply for relevant agency directories, partner programs, industry awards, badges, and recognition opportunities.
- Complete profile verification, certification, and listing requirements wherever applicable.
- Monitor listing submissions, approval status, profile performance, enquiries, and potential business opportunities.
- Respond to relevant enquiries received through agency directories and listing platforms or forward them to the appropriate team.




- Maintain organized records of directory research, profile creation, applications, approvals, verification status, and leads generated.
- Regularly review existing listings to identify missing information, improvement opportunities, and outdated details.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in agency listings, directory management, online business listings, profile management, digital marketing, or online visibility preferred.
