Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Executive for our Chittaurgarh, Rajasthan location. The candidate will be responsible for collecting overdue loan instalments from customers, maintaining regular follow-ups, conducting field visits, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect overdue and pending loan instalments from customers financing three-wheelers.
- Conduct field visits to customers for payment follow-ups and collection activities.
- Contact customers through phone calls and personal visits to remind them of upcoming and overdue instalments.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets assigned by the reporting manager.
- Identify reasons for payment delays and coordinate with customers to resolve payment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, and payment commitments.
- Submit daily collection reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the branch team regarding overdue accounts and recovery cases.
- Follow company policies, collection procedures, and applicable RBI guidelines for fair and ethical recovery practices.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure proper handling of customer concerns.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates will be preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in collections, field recovery, vehicle finance, or NBFC/banking operations. Freshers with good communication and fieldwork skills may also apply.
- Local Knowledge: Candidates familiar with Chittaurgarh and nearby areas will be preferred.
- Communication: Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for field visits and conduct customer follow-ups.
- Two-Wheeler: A personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
