Key Responsibilities:

· Collect, verify, and maintain customer KYC documents and loan-related paperwork.

· Follow up with banks and finance partners regarding loan status, approvals, disbursements, and pending documents.

· Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of customer finance requirements.

· Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, disbursements, and customer details.

· Ensure all finance documents are complete and submitted within the required timelines.

· Assist customers in resolving finance-related queries and documentation issues.

· Track daily finance cases and prepare regular reports for management.

· Support the sales team in improving vehicle finance penetration and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic understanding of banking, finance, loans, and documentation.

· Good customer-handling and coordination abilities.

· Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Office.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

· Good follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.





· Willingness to learn automobile finance processes.

· Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Graduates in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any relevant field are preferred.

· Freshers are welcome to apply.

· Candidates with experience in vehicle finance, banking, NBFCs, loan processing, or automobile dealerships will have an added advantage.

· Basic computer proficiency and valuable communication skills are essential.

· Candidates should be organized, responsible, and customer-oriented.
