BRANCH MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Branch Manager
Department: Operations & Sales
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 2–5+ Years in Retail / Showroom Management

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve branch profitability.
- Monitor Sales Executives and Sales Incharge performance.
- Track daily sales, bills, conversion, average bill value and customer walk-ins.
- Ensure proper stock management, stock movement and inventory control.
- Monitor cash, billing and accounts-related activities of the branch.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, CRM, Housekeeping and Transport teams.
- Ensure staff attendance, discipline, grooming and productivity.
- Conduct daily/weekly review meetings and submit branch performance reports.
- Identify business opportunities and take initiatives to increase sales and walk-ins.
- Ensure company SOPs,



policies and management instructions are followed.
- Responsible for overall branch profitability, productivity and operational efficiency.

Qualification

Any Degree / MBA preferred
Retail / Showroom / FMCG / Consumer Goods experience preferred.
