Job Purpose

To ensure excellent patient and customer service by welcoming visitors, addressing queries, coordinating appointments, and providing a smooth and comfortable experience for patients and their attendants at SIMS Hello Doctor.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and visitors professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Handle patient enquiries, appointment bookings, and service-related queries.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare staff.
- Guide patients regarding available services, consultation procedures, and billing processes.
- Manage patient feedback, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Maintain patient records, appointment details, and daily service reports.
- Coordinate with the call centre and operations team for patient follow-ups.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain qualified standards.
- Support daily centre operations and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved patient concerns to the concerned manager.

Qualification

- Any degree; preferably a degree in Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Experience





- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, customer service, or hospital operations.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Pleasant personality and patient-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.

- Complaint resolution and follow-up.
- Accuracy of records and daily reports.

A customer-focused candidate with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to handle patients and visitors with care and professionalism.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
