JOB DESCRIPTION - CRE

- Handle all customer enquiries received through WhatsApp and ensure timely responses.

- Manage Lead sheet enquiries by contacting customers and taking necessary action.

- Monitor the Follow-Up Sheet and complete all pending follow-ups within the required time.

- Make customer calls, record the conversation, and update the CRM with the latest status.

- Coordinate and share the required drawing packages with clients.

- Create customer groups once the drawing fee has been credited and confirmed.

- Follow up on all RNR cases and make necessary attempts to connect with the customers.

- Complete all scheduled callbacks and ensure the customer status is properly updated.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
