We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. Candidates should have basic knowledge of the events and travel industry, along with good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Make calls to potential clients and follow up with leads.
- Explain our event and travel services to customers.
- Handle customer queries and maintain calling records.
- Coordinate with the team for updates and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Basic knowledge of events and travel is preferred.
- Positive communication and calling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
