Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented Restaurant Server to provide excellent service to guests. The candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints politely.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
- Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Qualification

- Minimum HSC / 12th Pass preferred.

- Candidates with experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or QSR outlets.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn and provide excellent customer service.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Role Objective: To deliver excellent guest service and ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for every customer.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
