Job Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented Backend Executives to join our travel operations team in Gurugram. The role involves managing travel bookings, processing cancellations and amendments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with travel partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Candidates should have prior experience in the travel process and strong English communication skills, with proficiency equivalent to C1 level.

Key Responsibilities

- Process travel bookings, cancellations, and amendments accurately.
- Coordinate with travel partners and service providers to resolve booking-related issues.
- Maintain booking records and update relevant information in internal systems.
- Review booking details and ensure accuracy of travel-related information.
- Handle operational queries and follow established process guidelines.




- Ensure timely resolution of requests while maintaining service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of experience in the Travel Process.
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
- Strong English communication skills with C1-level proficiency.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a process-driven setting.

Work Schedule and Benefits

- Working Days: 5 days per week.
- Weekly Off: Rotational offs.
- Transport Facility: Free two-way cab facility, subject to company transport policies and service availability.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
