About Hotel Indicott

Hotel Indicott is part of a growing hotel chain, and we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Hotel General Manager to take complete ownership of our 24-room property in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur or 20 Rooms Property in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Manage front desk, housekeeping, guest services and staff coordination.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
- Monitor room occupancy, bookings, revenue and operating expenses.
- Manage staff attendance, discipline, performance and duty schedules.
- Maintain hotel standards, cleanliness, service quality and operational SOPs.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular performance reports.
- Drive occupancy, improve revenue and maintain online ratings and guest reviews.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards and applicable regulations.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations or hotel management.
- Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager,



Assistant General Manager or Hotel Operations Manager preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems, OTA platforms and front-office operations.
- Must be responsible, proactive, disciplined and committed to long-term employment.
- Ability to independently manage the complete operations of a 24-room hotel.
