We are seeking a dynamic, polished, and results-driven General Manager to lead our hotel with vision and precision. What You'll Do:

- Oversee all daily hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Security.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction scores.
- Lead, mentor, and hold department heads accountable for performance targets.
- Manage P&L;, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health codes, and safety regulations.
- Handle high-level guest escalations with professionalism and urgency.
- Drive recruitment, training, and retention of top-tier talent.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and community partners.

What We Require:





- 5+ years of hotel management experience, with 2+ years as a General Manager or Assistant GM.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong financial acumen—you know your numbers inside and out.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive results under pressure.
- Impeccable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS, revenue management systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when the business demands it.
