Calibre 65 is looking for a diligent, meticulous, and efficient Data Entry Officer (Fresher) to join our office in Velachery, Chennai. In this role, you will support our day-to-day administrative operations and collaborate closely with our Singapore-based team.

This position focuses primarily on routine data entry, copy-paste tasks, and digital record maintenance. No prior experience is required—we are looking for someone reliable with a sharp eye for detail and a strong willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

- Perform high-accuracy data entry, copy-paste tasks, and record updates across internal systems, databases and external platforms.
- Organize and maintain digital spreadsheets, trackers, and document folders in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive).
- Review entered data against source documents to identify and correct any discrepancies or duplicates.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with the Singapore office via WhatsApp, email, or video calls for daily task lists, task clarifications, and regular progress updates.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Education: From any discipline.
- Typing Speed and Accuracy: Accuracy and speed in repetitive, copy-paste tasks
- Meticulousness & Diligence:



High attention to detail with an emphasis on preventing errors
- Digital Literacy: Basic familiarity and comfort using a computer, web browsers, and Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets and Docs).
- Communication Skills: Good command of written and spoken English to coordinate smoothly with colleagues in Singapore.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, well-organized, and able to follow standard operating instructions meticulously.
