The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, industry experts, and subject-matter specialists to collect business information, customer testimonials, case studies, product insights, research inputs, and technical information. The role involves industrial article writing, expert interviews, email newsletters, LinkedIn content, AI search visibility monitoring, brand messaging consistency, content reporting, and preparation of authoritative brand information for appropriate online platforms.
The ideal candidate should combine excellent writing and reporting skills with practical knowledge of AI-assisted content workflows, SEO, and emerging AI search and answer engines.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Internal Marketing Coordination & Content Development
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Business Development, Sales, Product, Research, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations, to collect marketing information and supporting materials.
- Obtain customer testimonials, case studies, success stories, product information, technical insights, research findings, and business updates.
- Convert internal inputs into usable marketing assets, including website content, articles, brochures, newsletters, social media posts, presentations, and sales-support materials.
- Conduct follow-ups with responsible team members to obtain missing information, supporting documents, evidence, and approvals.
- Maintain a structured content repository containing source materials, drafts, approved versions, publication links, and supporting references.
- Ensure all marketing materials are reviewed and approved by the designated authority before publication.
B. AI-Assisted Content Creation & Quality Assurance
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other relevant platforms for research assistance, content structuring, drafting, editing, summarization, and content repurposing.
- Convert technical and industry-specific information into accurate, readable, audience-appropriate content.
- Develop reusable AI prompts, content templates, and workflows to improve productivity and consistency.
- Fact-check AI-generated content against reliable sources and approved company information.
- Verify statistics, scientific claims, quotations, references, and regulatory statements before publication.
- Ensure AI-generated content is original, useful, natural, and aligned with the brand's expertise and tone.
- Avoid fabricated testimonials, unsupported claims, invented citations, and unverified AI-generated answers.
- Maintain records of source materials, fact-checking, editorial reviews, and content approvals.
C. Industrial Articles & External Publications
- Research and write articles for relevant industrial magazines, trade publications, industry portals, and professional publications.
- Identify suitable publications and prepare content pitches, article proposals, author profiles, and submission emails.
- Coordinate with subject-matter experts to obtain technical inputs, industry perspectives, and supporting evidence.
- Translate expert knowledge into authoritative articles, explainers, opinion pieces, and thought-leadership content.
- Track editorial submissions, acceptance status, revisions, publication dates, and published links.
- Ensure that external articles meet the publication's editorial guidelines and preserve the company's approved positioning.
D. Expert Coordination & Interviews
- Identify relevant internal and external experts for interviews, expert commentary, technical articles, and thought-leadership campaigns.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview questions, collect background information, and manage follow-ups.
- Convert interviews, transcripts, and expert inputs into articles, Q&A; features, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and website content.
- Obtain expert review and approval for technical accuracy and publication consent where required.
- Maintain an expert database containing areas of expertise, interview records, approved quotations, and content opportunities.
E. Email Newsletter Development
- Plan and prepare periodic email newsletters for relevant audiences, including industry stakeholders, customers, partners, and professional networks.
- Collect approved updates from internal teams and convert them into concise, useful newsletter content.
- Develop newsletter subject lines, headlines, summaries, calls to action, and supporting links.
- Coordinate review, approval, scheduling, and distribution with the responsible marketing or email operations team.
- Monitor delivery, open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and other available performance metrics.
- Maintain consistent messaging and ensure mailing practices follow applicable privacy and consent requirements.
F. LinkedIn & Brand Communication
- Prepare and manage a content calendar for LinkedIn and other approved professional channels.
- Create posts, industry insights, article summaries, expert quotations, company updates, case-study highlights, and campaign content.
- Repurpose approved long-form content into short-form posts, carousels, newsletters, and other suitable formats.
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain relevant updates, visuals, data, and approvals.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, terminology, positioning, and visual-content coordination.
- Monitor engagement and use performance insights to improve future content.
G. AI Search Visibility & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO)
- Monitor the brand's visibility and representation across AI-powered search and answer platforms, where measurable.
- Track relevant industry keywords, brand mentions, citations, source references, and the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
- Develop content that clearly answers relevant industry questions and demonstrates expertise, experience, authority, and trustworthiness.
- Create question-led articles, FAQs, expert explainers, comparison content, and evidence-backed educational resources.
- Improve content structure, factual clarity, source attribution, and entity consistency to support discoverability in traditional search and AI-generated answers.
- Record representative AI-generated answers for selected queries, identify missing or inaccurate brand information, and recommend corrective content improvements.
- Monitor conventional SEO performance through Google Search Console and other available analytics tools.
- Prepare periodic AI visibility reports using a consistent set of prompts, queries, platforms, and observation dates.
Important: AI answer visibility can fluctuate and cannot be guaranteed. Reporting should distinguish observed mentions and citations from estimated visibility, and should not treat a single AI response as proof of ranking or authority.
H. Keyword & Content Performance Monitoring
- Maintain a keyword and topic tracker covering target keywords, search intent, content status, rankings, and visibility trends.
- Identify content gaps and new opportunities through keyword research, competitor analysis, industry questions, and customer-facing team inputs.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic impressions, clicks, engagement, referrals, and conversions where measurable.
- Review content performance regularly and recommend updates, new articles, or content consolidation where appropriate.
- Prepare actionable reports highlighting progress, gaps, risks, and next steps.
I. Wikipedia & Authoritative Brand Information
- Prepare factual, neutral, well-sourced company or industry background write-ups for editorial review and potential use on appropriate knowledge platforms.
- Research reliable independent sources, published coverage, verifiable company information, and relevant industry references.
- Draft encyclopedic-style content that follows the relevant platform's notability, neutrality, sourcing, and conflict-of-interest policies.
- Distinguish independently published sources from company-owned materials and press releases.
- Coordinate transparent, policy-compliant submissions or edit suggestions where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate company descriptions and consistent brand facts across approved business profiles and public information sources.
Wikipedia compliance: Creating a write-up does not guarantee that a Wikipedia article will be accepted or retained. The candidate must not create promotional or unsupported content, disguise a conflict of interest, or promise a Wikipedia page as a deliverable.
J. Reporting, Documentation & Content Operations
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing content reports with measurable outputs and outcomes.
- Maintain trackers for content requests, source-material collection, drafting, review, approval, publication, and performance.
- Report the number of assets created, articles submitted and published, expert interviews completed, newsletters delivered, and LinkedIn posts published.
- Maintain evidence of published work, URLs, campaign results, approvals, and source references.
- Prepare management-ready summaries, dashboards, and presentations.
- Highlight pending inputs, approval delays, content gaps, and recommended priorities.
- Ensure that every reported activity is traceable to a document, published link, tracker entry, or analytics source.
3. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Life Sciences, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
- Solid written English, editing, proofreading, research, and documentation skills.
- Practical experience using AI tools for research assistance and content development.

- Ability to coordinate professionally with internal teams, industry experts, and external publications.
- Strong reporting, spreadsheet, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical or scientific information and communicate it accurately to business audiences.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content, email newsletters, editorial submissions, and content calendars.
- High attention to detail, fact-checking, source verification, and approval processes.

- Experience contributing articles to trade magazines or professional publications.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent tools.
- Experience preparing case studies, customer stories, expert interviews, and executive thought-leadership content.
- Understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI search monitoring.
