- Demonstrate expertise in high-heat wok cooking, stir-frying, tossing, searing, and flame control.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, aroma, portion size, and presentation across all dishes.
- Execute dishes across different Asian culinary styles as required by the restaurant's menu.
- Maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients and ensure proper mise en place before service.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, food costing, and wastage.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients in accordance with food safety standards.
