Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Supervise, train, and motivate salon staff, hairstylists, beauticians, and receptionists.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Manage appointments, walk-in customers, and staff schedules.
- Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and daily cash closing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and promote salon services and products.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the salon.
- Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of salon products and supplies.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
- Plan promotional offers, membership packages, and customer loyalty programs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure staff grooming, discipline, punctuality, and qualified conduct.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in salon, spa, or beauty industry management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of salon services, products, and beauty industry trends.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
