We are looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Lifeguard to help maintain a safe swimming workplace in Dubai. The successful candidate will monitor swimming areas, assist guests, and respond appropriately to emergencies while following established safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming pools and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety.
- Enforce swimming pool rules and safety procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide assistance when required.
- Inspect pool areas and safety equipment regularly.
- Maintain a clean and safe swimming environment.
- Report hazards, incidents, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Communicate safety instructions clearly to guests and team members.
Requirements
- Ability to swim confidently.
- Relevant lifeguard training and valid certification, as required by the employer and applicable local regulations.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good observation, communication, and emergency-response skills.
- Physically fit to perform the duties of the position.
