Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various job openings.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Understand client requirements and shortlist suitable candidates accordingly.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.




- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with clients regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining updates.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions and achieve recruitment targets.

Key Requirements

- 6 months to 1.5 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Positive interpersonal, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Dedicated, responsible, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
