Job Summary:

RRC Academy is seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote the academy’s educational courses, generate student enquiries, build institutional partnerships, and increase admissions through direct marketing activities and field visits.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to develop relationships with schools, colleges, students, parents, and other potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field marketing activities to promote RRC Academy’s courses and educational programs.
- Visit schools, colleges, educational institutions, and other potential client locations to generate enquiries.
- Explain course details, benefits, admission procedures, and career opportunities to prospective students and parents.
- Generate quality leads and follow up with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with school management, teachers, educational consultants, and institutional partners.
- Organise and coordinate promotional campaigns, educational awareness programs, seminars, and career guidance sessions.
- Distribute brochures, promotional materials, and other marketing resources to target audiences.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for marketing expansion.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets for field visits, lead generation, and student admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, enquiries, follow-ups,



and conversion status in the CRM or designated reporting system.
- Submit daily activity reports and periodic performance reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure timely follow-up and effective lead conversion.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information to improve marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) or any degree; graduates preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, educational counselling, or business development will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within Thanjavur and nearby areas for field visits.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel, and digital reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve assigned targets.
