Job Summary

Dutees is looking for a creative and analytical Performance Marketing Intern with a basic understanding of social media marketing and paid advertising. The candidate will support social media activities, lead generation campaigns, content planning, and digital marketing performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Support social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
- Assist in creating engaging captions, post ideas, and campaign content.
- Help set up and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Support lead generation campaigns and track lead quality.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, clicks, and campaign conversions.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Conduct competitor research and identify social media and marketing trends.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create social media posts, ad creatives, and promotional content.
- Assist in testing different ad creatives and audiences to improve campaign performance.




- Suggest ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Skills and Requirements

- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing concepts.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is an advantage.
- Creativity in content ideas, captions, and social media campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned tasks on time.

Eligibility

- Freshers and recent graduates Studied in digital marketing can apply.
- Candidates with digital marketing certifications, internships, or personal social media projects required.
- Candidates who are eager to work both organic social media marketing and paid advertising are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
