We are looking for a motivated and skilled Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and assist them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students regarding available courses, programs, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
* Handle student enquiries through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
* Explain course details, fee structures, and admission procedures.
* Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
* Assist students with application forms and admission documentation.
* Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
* Achieve admission targets and contribute to institutional growth.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong counselling, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
* Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
* Experience in academic counselling, admissions, telecalling, or sales will be an added advantage.
