The ideal candidate should have teaching experience, strong drafting and visualization skills, knowledge of interior materials and construction, and awareness of current design trends and industry practices.

Educational Qualification

- Master’s degree in Interior Design.

Experience

- 2–5 years of teaching and/or relevant industry experience.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering software.
- Understanding of interior materials, construction methods, and working drawings.
- Strong drafting and visualization skills.
- Awareness of current interior design trends and market requirements.

Design Skills

- Digital illustration and graphic design.
- Character design and storyboarding.
- 2D animation and 3D modelling.
- Product sketching and design.
- Design research and documentation.
- Anthropomorphic character design.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach theory and studio subjects related to Interior Design.




- Guide students in design projects, working drawings, material selection, and 3D visualization.
- Conduct assessments, juries, workshops, and industry/site visits.
- Prepare academic documentation and contribute to curriculum development.
- Mentor students and participate in departmental academic activities.
- Integrate current design trends, market developments, and industry practices into teaching.
- Support students in developing drafting, technical drawing, and design presentation skills.
