Job Summary:

We Are Looking For Chartered Accountant who will be responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial data analysis. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial closings, ensuring compliance with accounting guidelines, and providing timely financial reports to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.

- Record and process journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.

- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.

- Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.

- Review expenses, payroll records, and other financial transactions for accuracy.

- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports within established deadlines.

- Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.

- Maintain and update financial databases to ensure data accuracy and availability.

- Analyse financial data and identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.

- Streamline accounting processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting and financial discrepancies.





- Ensure accounting activities are completed in accordance with applicable financial guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Practical knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

- Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

- Valuable understanding of financial data analysis and reporting.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualification:

- Candidates who have completed **CA or ACCA** only.

Experience:

- Relevant experience in accounting, finance, and financial reporting is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- CA / ACCA qualified candidates with strong accounting and financial management knowledge.

- Able to manage accounting activities accurately and independently.

- Strong focus on financial accuracy, timely reporting, and reconciliation.

- Capable of identifying discrepancies and supporting process improvements.

- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams.
