We are seeking an E-Commerce Automation Specialist to fully automate product data ingestion, image processing, and pricing workflows for our website.

Your Role: Automate Product Management from Start to Finish

As an E-Commerce Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for building an end-to-end automated pipeline that extracts, transforms, and loads product data efficiently. Your core responsibilities include:

Web Scraping & Data Extraction:

- Develop web scrapers to extract product data from supplier websites (descriptions, specifications, images, prices, etc.).
- Ensure extracted data is structured, clean, and optimized for import into our system.

Automated Price List Processing:

- Read and process supplier price lists from various formats (PDF, Excel, CSV, etc.).
- Convert raw data into complex pricing combinations and structured CSV files that are ready for website import.
- Implement dynamic pricing rules based on currency fluctuations, and supplier updates.

Image Processing & Optimization:

- Automate image resizing, compression, and format conversions to meet website requirements.
- Implement AI-based image enhancement techniques where applicable.

End-to-End Product Import Automation:

- Develop scripts or tools to generate import-ready CSV files with all necessary product details.
- Ensure seamless integration with our website.




- Implement scheduled data updates to keep pricing, inventory, and product details current.

Automation & Workflow Optimization:

- Identify repetitive tasks and create automation scripts to streamline product updates.
- Experiment with AI tools and automation frameworks for better efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Technical Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in web scraping, automation, and e-commerce data processing.
- Expertise in Python, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or similar scraping frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Excel automation, CSV processing, and price calculations.
- Experience with image processing tools (Photoshop automation, OpenCV, Pillow, or similar).
- Understanding of bulk import/export processes.

Data Processing & Problem-Solving Abilities:

- Ability to extract and transform unstructured data into clean, structured formats.
- Experience handling complex pricing calculations and bulk product imports.
- Strong knowledge of data validation, error handling, and automation best practices.

Process Automation Mindset:

- Passion for eliminating manual work through automation.
- Ability to build scalable, future-proof solutions for product and price management.
- Experience with task scheduling and workflow automation tools.

Communication & Collaboration:

- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
