Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Preschool Teacher at Footprints Preschool and Daycare, located in Bengaluru kaggadasapura . The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and executing lessons, developing age-appropriate curriculum, delivering creative and engaging early childhood education activities, and fostering a positive learning environment.
The teacher will also focus on nurturing and guiding kindergarten-aged children in their cognitive, social, and emotional development, while maintaining effective communication with parents and staff.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for preschool or kindergarten education
- Strong knowledge and application of Early Childhood Education principles
- Effective Communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff
- Experience in teaching and managing Kindergarten-aged students
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is a plus
