Job Summary
We are looking for a well-groomed, polite, and service-oriented F&B; Steward to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The candidate will be responsible for providing effective and courteous service to guests while maintaining the hotel's service and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them as per hotel standards.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times.
- Have basic knowledge of the menu and assist guests with their food and beverage selections.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely and accurate order service.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and inform the supervisor when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service areas, and equipment.
- Assist in mise-en-place, opening and closing duties, and banquet functions when required.
- Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, hygiene practices, and safety procedures.
- Work closely with the F&B; team to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Candidate Profile
- 0–2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or similar hospitality environment preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Well-groomed, courteous, punctual, and presentable.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
