Job Description:
D-Fitnation, a premium personal training studio, is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured, goal-oriented training sessions.
- Coach exercises with proper technique and movement mechanics.
- Assess clients, track progress, and modify training programs.
- Maintain high standards of coaching, professionalism, and client experience.
Requirements:
- Relevant fitness certification or qualification.
- Strong fundamentals in strength training, anatomy, and biomechanics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Practical coaching experience preferred; capable freshers may also apply.
