We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and build strong client relationships.

Job Summary

The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, handling property enquiries and leads, driving conversions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the property buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Lead, motivate, train, and supervise the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Lead Management: Allocate incoming leads, monitor follow-ups, and ensure timely communication with prospective clients.
- Sales & Revenue: Drive property sales, meet monthly revenue targets, and improve lead-to-visit and visit-to-booking conversion rates.
- Client Handling: Assist the team in handling high-value clients, negotiations, site visits, and closing deals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate business and improve team performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track daily sales activities, lead status, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on property prices, ongoing projects, competitor offerings, and real estate market trends.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate lead records and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
- Client Relationships: Ensure professional communication,



build long-term relationships, and encourage referrals from satisfied clients.
- Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and management teams to improve lead quality and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a background in business, marketing, or sales is preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Prior experience managing or leading a sales team will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
- Positive understanding of property sales, site visits, and client handling.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Excel, and lead management systems.
- Knowledge of the Chandigarh Tricity real estate market will be an added advantage.
