Job Summary

ORRA Fine Jewellery is looking for customer-focused and target-driven Sales Executives to join its retail team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery retail, premium apparel, or luxury retail with a reputed brand.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, recommending suitable products, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the brand's premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery and shopping requirements.
- Recommend suitable jewellery designs and collections based on customer preferences and budgets.
- Explain product features, designs, quality, pricing, and available collections.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Maintain attractive product displays and follow visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewellery collections, products, and market trends.
- Support billing, sales documentation, inventory coordination, and daily store operations.
- Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in retail sales.




- Experience in jewellery or apparel retail with a reputed and established brand is mandatory.
- Candidates from premium fashion, lifestyle, and luxury retail brands may also be considered.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets.
- Good presentation skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work versatile shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
