Responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, generating sales leads, following up on enquiries, promoting two-wheeler products and services, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle incoming customer calls.
- Contact potential customers and explain vehicle offers, features, and services.
- Follow up on sales enquiries and convert leads into showroom visits.
- Inform customers about test rides, promotions, offers, and new vehicle launches.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain daily call records, customer databases, and lead reports.
- Follow up with existing customers for feedback and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare daily reports and update customer details in the system.
Required Skills
- Good communication and telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to convince customers and generate leads.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Experience: 0–2 years; freshers can also apply.
- Language: Tamil; basic English communication preferred.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
